Chinese cabbage 1 lb
oil 2 tablespoon
salt 1 teaspoon
celery 2 sticks
1. Wash the cabbage and shred finely.
2. Heat the oil and fry the cabbage for 3 minutes
3. stirring all the time. Add the salt, mixing well. Wash the celery and cut into thin slices, add to the cabbage with 2 tblsp water; cook over a fierce heat, stirring all the time, for 2minutes.
